IMIL 2026 – Pre-Conference Event
The Winter School on Ionic Liquids and Deep Eutectic Solvents is a pre-conference event preceding the 8th Iberoamerican Meeting on Ionic Liquids (IMIL 2026). The school will take place on July 6–7, 2026, at the Prof. Magno Valente Auditorium, Polytechnic School of the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA), Salvador, Brazil.
The main objective of the Winter School is to provide a solid foundation for early-career researchers, graduate students, and new entrants working in the field of ionic liquids and deep eutectic solvents. The program will cover fundamental concepts, physicochemical properties, and a wide range of applications of these non-conventional solvents, offering a balanced perspective that integrates theory and practice.
The courses will be delivered by experienced professors and researchers with recognized expertise in ionic liquids and deep eutectic solvents, ensuring high scientific quality and up-to-date content.
